The Saddleback Valley Outpatient Surgery Center was founded in 1986 by a group of physicians seeking to create a more efficient, less stressful and cost-effective environment for ambulatory surgery.  Since its opening, the center has served over 75,000 Orange County residents and our commitment remains unchanged.

In 2008, Saddleback Valley Outpatient Surgery Center partnered with Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA), Inc., based in Birmingham, Alabama.  SCA is one of the nation’s largest independent surgical care companies, with a network of 139 outpatient surgery centers and three surgical hospitals located in 35 states.
